Community Guidelines
Compete hard. Treat every commander like a real person.
1. Respect other players
No harassment, threats, stalking, sexual harassment, hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics. Do not share another person’s private information.
2. Keep public identity appropriate
Callsigns and messages must not contain slurs, explicit sexual content, targeted abuse, impersonation or attempts to evade moderation.
3. Protect fair competition
No cheating, botting, collusion, ranking manipulation, intentional disconnect abuse or exploitation of hidden information. Report vulnerabilities privately.
4. Do not disrupt the network
No spam, scams, malicious links, repeated unwanted invitations or attempts to overload or reverse-engineer protected services.
5. Use safety controls
In a match, open COMMS → PLAYER SAFETY to mute, block or report a commander. Reports include the room and player identity so the team can investigate. General conduct reports can also be submitted through Support.
6. Enforcement
Action may include content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension or permanent bans. Reports are reviewed in context; misuse of reporting tools may itself lead to action.
7. Immediate danger
Astrail support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
